I've been here 3 times already. I just noticed they have a package deal for one visit. I almost bought it, but then changed my mind and reduced my rating to this many stars. Based on my latest experience, I'll break down the pros and cons as follows: - The first time I came with my boyfriend who can't draw. The male staff member was incredibly helpful and assisted him until his drawing was completed beautifully. It was well worth the money. - The cafe has a great, artsy atmosphere with a good vibe. The drinks are also delicious (no pressure to order). - The restroom isn't very pleasant to use; there's paint stains everywhere. I was impressed the first time, and on my subsequent visits, I didn't see the male staff member again. I have to say, besides him, the other staff members weren't very helpful for those who can't draw. Especially the short female staff member with dyed hair; she just sat there playing on her phone. She didn't greet or serve us at all until we walked in. After a while, she finally looked up and asked if we had a reservation. This happens every time I see her. She barely helped while we were drawing. She didn't seem interested in helping with the client's work, even when it looked like it wasn't working out. We left the cafe feeling disappointed. We asked for green paint, and it should have been obvious how much green we used in our picture. Instead, he gave us paint from someone else's tray, saying it was the same shade, but it was dry and gone in two scoops. He was too lazy to even mix the paint for us. Basically, did he hire us to just sit around playing on his phone? We got too tired to argue, and there was no one else in the shop besides him, so we just went and got the paint ourselves so we wouldn't disturb him while he was using his phone. And that day, there was nobody else in the shop. Their page said they closed at 7 PM, but that day they just told us they were closing at 6 PM. It was like they saw the work wasn't finished but didn't care. We finally asked for help to finish my boyfriend's picture because we paid 590 baht for a custom bag, and we didn't want to use it if it didn't look good. I mean, if you didn't help us with 590 baht, we could have just bought a blank canvas bag and painted it ourselves at home. The cafe advertised that even those who aren't skilled at drawing are welcome, and they'd help. However, this particular employee was just playing on TikTok and rushed us, saying the shop was closing early. It was a huge disappointment. The bill came to 1,180 baht, and the service wasn't worth the price. After that third visit, we decided to use the app, order paints and supplies, and draw at home instead. It's much cheaper and we don't get rushed anymore, knowing we wouldn't get good service at the cafe anyway. In the past, we brought friends who can't draw here because we enjoyed it, and they've received help before. But this time, we felt terrible for wasting 590 baht on them. So, we just bought supplies and drew at home. We were very unimpressed and won't be coming back. We'd rather spend our money elsewhere. Please train that employee and use this feedback for improvement.
