This was my second time using LinkedU Studio, and once again, they exceeded my expectations. From the receptionist to the makeup artist and the photographer, everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. I especially enjoyed chatting with the makeup artist, who made me feel comfortable throughout the session. A special thank you to Khun Fang, the photographer. She was exceptional! She guided me through every pose with patience and professionalism, helping me achieve exactly the style and purpose of my photoshoot without wasting any time. She also took the time to help me select the best photos and made sure I got the most value from my package. It truly felt like she cared about making every baht I spent worthwhile rather than encouraging unnecessary purchases. I also want to compliment the retouching team. They were incredibly fast and efficient. Just 30 minutes after my photoshoot, I received my first professionally retouched photo based on the brief I had provided. Even better, I was given the opportunity to request one more round of edits before downloading the final image immediately. The turnaround time and attention to detail were truly impressive. I also really appreciated that the team accommodated my last-minute appointment. Although there was a small misunderstanding regarding my booking, they handled the situation immediately and resolved everything professionally. Their willingness to fix the issue quickly left me feeling even more impressed. Overall, I had another wonderful experience at LinkedU Studio. Their professionalism, attention to detail, efficiency, and genuine customer care are the reasons I’ll happily return again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a high-quality photography studio.
