Disappointing... They missed the deadline completely, and I had to be the one to follow up. It took them hours just to figure out their printer was broken and offer a refund. Feels like if I hadn't messaged, they wouldn't have even told me. Honestly, terrible communication and management.

just horrible experience start to finish, zero assistance on ordering using LINE and then i ordered for them to tell me the machine was broken and they couldn't tell me when id receive the order although id paid for express delivery. so now they are refunding me which will take a week and i have another company to fulfil the order, I wouldn't recommend this service or company to anyone

Paid extra for guaranteed delivery on Oct 7 for an important meeting. On Oct 6, they called saying their printer broke and delivery would be delayed until Oct 10. The items finally arrived the morning of Oct 8, which was already late for my schedule—forcing me to pay an additional courier fee to rush them to my meeting location. Unreliable for time-sensitive orders.
