I placed a printing order with gogo print.
Their system requires 100% payment in advance, so I paid the full amount and placed the order. The estimated delivery date was around 10 days after the order.
However, the products were not delivered by the scheduled delivery date. When I contacted them to ask when the order would be delivered, I was told that the order had not been processed properly and that it would take another 10 days. Since that schedule was too late for my needs, I cancelled the order.
Because I had already paid the full amount in advance, I requested a refund. However, even after two months, I still have not received the refund.
When I asked about the refund, I was told that because gogo print is a large company, the refund approval process takes time. However, I have not received a clear answer about when the refund will actually be made. It has also become difficult to contact the sales representative, which is very frustrating.
Since this is a prepaid service, I believe delivery management and refund handling should be much more reliable and transparent.
I would advise others to be careful, especially if they need printed materials urgently or are paying in advance.
Honestly, after this experience, I do not feel comfortable using a prepaid service from this company again.
I had an important event and followed up on the delivery date, but received no response. After I called, they said they couldn't deliver on time and offered to cancel the order, but I was told production had already started. I told them I had already followed up but didn't receive a response; otherwise, they should have canceled before production began. The sales representative said the employee I was speaking with was leaving and therefore didn't check emails, but they would talk to their supervisor. I've been following up since April 29, 2026, and it's now June 2, 2026. The total is 23,975.49 THB. It frequently happens that messages aren't read or replied to, forcing me to contact them the next day via phone, email, HR work LINE, and the official LINE account. I will delete this review once there's no update.
