in the last weekI bought a custom-built computer from a shop, and it's had problems several times (I bought it less than 10 days ago). So I called the shop's support, and they said, 'You should have a backup computer' and 'Everyone's in a hurry like you are.' (Since I sell computers, I asked if there was a faster way to get it fixed.) In the end, I looked for a solution myself. A group suggested trying to unscrew the bolts, so I tried unscrewing and reassembling it, and the problem disappeared. The point is, I paid 500 baht to have it assembled, and it doesn't work. Why would I pay for it? Plus, I know everyone's in a hurry, but doesn't support have a better way to respond?
