Achiraya Studio is a Thai dress photoshoot Bangkok visitors and locals book for the Temple of Dawn — a complete service covering traditional makeup and hair, authentic costume hire, and professional photography at Wat Arun. The studio is located five minutes from the temple on Arun Amarin Road in Thon Buri and opens at 7:45am to make the most of morning light.
Three services can be booked separately or combined into a full package. Makeup and hair styling is handled by experienced artists working in traditional Thai style. Dress rental covers authentic Thai costumes in a range of styles and sizes. Photography takes place on location at Wat Arun with photographers who know the temple’s light and angles. The complete package — makeup, costume, and photography — is the most popular booking.

in the last weekThis rental studio is a gem. You can rent the traditional Thai clothing without a worry as costumes are sanitized so well. Hair and make-up is ok too. They are so accommodating. You don't have to worry about your pose and crowded place as well as Sir Jack really knows how to take good photos. Highly recommended. Will get their service again.

We saw their profile on Instagram and contacted them through Line App. They answered our inquiries courteously and provided comprehensive information about the package we were availing. Payment options were available in order to complete the downpayment. After processing the appointment, they will provide information on how to get to the Studio. They also will send a reminder the day before the appointment. We would like to take Ping Pong for patiently coaching us on the poses and for the wonderful photos. Our photographs from Wat Arun are our best souvenirs from this trip.

in the last weekI had such an amazing experience at Achiraya Studio in Bangkok! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The makeup was beautifully done, and I absolutely loved how it enhanced the overall look. The traditional outfits were stunning, well-maintained, and very clean, which made the experience even more enjoyable. A special thank you to Jack, our photographer, who was incredibly friendly and professional. He gave us clear posing guidance throughout the photoshoot, making us feel comfortable even if we weren’t used to being in front of the camera. The photos turned out absolutely gorgeous! The customer service was also exceptional. It was a very hot day, and whenever we had to wait in line for a photo spot, Jack would always hand us a portable fan and remind us to stay in the shade. Those thoughtful gestures made us feel genuinely cared for. Overall, it was a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The team was kind, attentive, and talented, and the photos came out even better than I had imagined. I would highly recommend Achiraya Studio to anyone looking for a memorable photoshoot experience in Bangkok!
