Achiraya Studio is a Thai dress photoshoot Bangkok visitors and locals book for the Temple of Dawn — a complete service covering traditional makeup and hair, authentic costume hire, and professional photography at Wat Arun. The studio is located five minutes from the temple on Arun Amarin Road in Thon Buri and opens at 7:45am to make the most of morning light.
Three services can be booked separately or combined into a full package. Makeup and hair styling is handled by experienced artists working in traditional Thai style. Dress rental covers authentic Thai costumes in a range of styles and sizes. Photography takes place on location at Wat Arun with photographers who know the temple’s light and angles. The complete package — makeup, costume, and photography — is the most popular booking.

The driver was punctual and friendly, while the hair and makeup artist did a fantastic job. Special thanks to the team member who helped me with the Thai dress and accessories—she was so patient and caring. The whole team was professional, kind, and made this a truly memorable experience. Highly recommended!

a week agoWe had a photoshoot with my children at your studio on June 4th, 2026, and we are absolutely thrilled! The entire team gave us such a warm welcome. The support with choosing clothes and jewelry was fantastic, and my daughter was especially impressed with the professional styling (hair and makeup). A huge thank you goes to the photographer, Night. My children are usually quite camera-shy, but he guided them so wonderfully at Wat Arun that we still managed to get some incredibly beautiful pictures. We are so happy with the results and thank you for this amazing experience! ❤️ We would love to come back again on our next vacation!
