The cafe staff, especially the one named U-Ma, spoke as if we were eating for free. Please improve your manners and communication. If you can't even handle the basics of customer service, you should quit. You made customers feel bad, and it wasn't just me; many others in the reviews have experienced the same thing. Doesn't the cafe improve at all? Don't you read customer feedback? If you get the job, improve immediately. It's a shame to lose such a nice place; it's not worth the risk.
