Aum-Aree Music School is a music school Bangkok classical musicians and families have trusted since 1989. Founded by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sukri Charoensuk, the school holds formal academic accreditation and operates from its Phutthamonthon Sai 2 campus in Thawi Watthana. Courses span the full range of classical music education: private lessons in violin, viola, cello, piano, voice, winds, guitar, and drum set (50 minutes per session, ฿1,500–2,250); Suzuki Early Childhood Education (SECE) for newborns to 3.5 years; group music classes for children aged 3–5; and music theory preparation for ABRSM, Trinity, TIMES, and AAMC examinations.
Three student orchestras — the Aum-Aree String Orchestra, Junior Orchestra, and Little Orchestra — meet on Saturdays and are open to students from Grade 2 upward by audition.
The school also hosts visiting masterclasses from international faculty and organises annual music camps in Thailand and abroad.
Students perform in a studio concert each term at Aum-Aree House, the school’s dedicated on-site performance space. Open 09:00–19:00 except public holidays.
