Yesterday, the 25th, around 3-4 PM, I went to the store to buy fabric. The staff had absolutely no customer service attitude. When I asked about colors and how to compare them, they were reluctant to answer. They gave short, curt answers, even though there weren't many customers. They were sitting in front of the computer playing on their phones, completely ignoring me. I asked repeatedly, and they just made faces, acted like they didn't hear me, and ignored me. Their tone was clearly annoyed. I was there to buy, not to beg. If they don't want to sell or work, they should just stay home. I'm not sure if they were employees or the owner, but this kind of behavior was unacceptable. I didn't buy anything, and I felt disappointed and wasted my time.
Actually, I had already messaged them on Line to ask about the colors and requested photos, but they haven't replied to this day. I also asked about shipping costs, and they didn't know how to check. How can they even issue an invoice? They showed no effort to sell anything. The service was unacceptable.
