De Bloo Studio is Bangkok’s luxury leather bag making atelier on Sukhumvit 29, founded in 2015 by Jiyeon Noh — an architect and former Samsung Engineering structural engineer who brought a construction-first methodology to leather craft. The studio teaches complete beginners to build luxury bags from scratch using professional atelier techniques across three core construction methods: In-Seam, Base-Centered, and Out-Seam. Courses range from single workshops to intensive multi-day programmes (typically 4–7 days) and exclusive bespoke courses, with every student leaving with a fully handmade bag they constructed themselves.
The focus is on understanding why a bag is built the way it is, not just following a pattern. Group and corporate sessions are available for 8 to 200 participants — the studio has delivered private experiences for Prada, Chaumet, Johnnie Walker Blue Label, Evisu, Amgen Global, and Ascott. Open Tuesday to Saturday, 9 AM–6 PM. Book via Line @debloostudio or the website.
None at all. Sessions are designed specifically for first-timers — the pace, guidance, and preparation are all built around people who have never touched leather before.
Nothing. All leather, thread, materials, and tools are provided. Just show up.
The most technically demanding work is prepared in advance — around 60–70% of the harder steps are done before you arrive, so the session stays enjoyable rather than frustrating. You still do the work that matters.
Yes — a finished, polished piece you take home. The result is made to De Bloo's quality standards: elegant, tactile, and visibly well crafted.
It's one of the most popular uses. The session is structured to feel premium from start to finish, and the finished bag makes the gift tangible.
Session times vary by course. Contact the studio via Line @debloostudio to discuss which option suits your schedule.
