I had such a great time joining a private Kintsugi class with Khun Toon at his cozy little studio, Fix by Love – ซ่อมด้วยรัก.
He’s super passionate about Kintsugi — not just how to do it, but also the deeper meaning and history behind it. And even though he’s clearly a very skilled artist, he teaches in the most down-to-earth, caring, and easy-to-understand way.
What I loved most was that he didn’t just rush us through the steps — nothing felt rushed or superficial. We really got to experience Kintsugi the way it’s meant to be. Every step — especially working with urushi — felt so thoughtful and full of love, just like the studio’s name: Fix by Love – ซ่อมด้วยรัก.
Getting to learn from someone who truly loves what they do was incredibly inspiring.
