When I apply water to this paper, the sizing completely breaks down. Is it possible that this batch is expired or damaged?
HKK previously informed me that this paper isn't expired and is meant for 'light watercolor' rather than heavy watercolor art. However, even with very light watercolor washes, I am still experiencing the exact same problem. As this is heavy 400 GSM paper, this should not be happening. I purchased this pad from Central World Bangkok.
Btw , on the pad instructions they write that : suitable for watercolour ink, Gouchae poster colour, Acrylic.
I don't know about other places, but issuing invoices is extremely slow. I purchased the item at the beginning of the month. It wouldn't have been a big deal if I hadn't mentioned it. As a large company, you should be more responsible in handling these issues to avoid problems with customers.
