Do I need to book in advance?
Booking is recommended. Reserve online at linked-u.com or call your preferred branch directly. A 300 THB deposit secures your slot, with the balance paid on the day.
What's included in a package?
All packages are all-inclusive: wardrobe selection, professional make-up and hair styling, the photoshoot, and retouching. Just show up — everything is prepared for you.
How long is a session?
ID/visa photos take around 1 hour. All other packages run approximately 2–3 hours per package.
When do I receive my photos?
Your first retouched image can be collected on the same day. Remaining photos from your package are delivered via LINE Mini App according to their SLA schedule. Rush delivery is available on request (additional fee may apply).
Can I bring my own outfit or make-up?
Yes to both. If you arrive already made up, the team will touch up and style-ready you for the shoot. Bring your own wardrobe if you want a specific look — especially recommended for comp card shoots.
Do you offer corporate packages?
Yes. Corporate bookings include CI-consistent colour grading, a dedicated booking link for HR to distribute to staff, and e-Tax invoicing. Contact cs@linked-u.com for a quote.
What are the rescheduling and cancellation terms?
You can reschedule up to 2 times at no charge. Full deposit refund if you cancel more than 1 week before your appointment; no refund within 1 week. Bookings cannot be transferred between branches.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, PromptPay, debit/credit card, WeChat Pay, Alipay, and Alipay+ partners (Touch 'n Go, KakaoPay, ZaloPay, and others).
