a month agoUpdate for owner: I also have the full chat record. The inquiry I’m referring to was my second attempt to book, made around 5 PM—after being told at 3 PM that there was availability. That message was seen but not answered until around 1 PM the following day, at which point the slot was no longer available. This was also before either of us realized the rebooking deadline had passed. As I’ve already acknowledged, I understand and accept that I missed the deadline. My concern remains the communication and responsiveness when I was actively trying to secure a booking. Original Review: I would strongly recommend triple-checking your schedule before prebooking, because changing a date is surprisingly difficult. The policies are very clearly stated, and I do take responsibility for missing the rebooking window—that part is on me. However, my negative experience was not about the policy itself, but about how the situation was handled. When I first realized my January booking wouldn’t work, I reached out to reschedule for a specific date in February. That request was ignored, and instead of assistance, I was repeatedly sent policy information. A simple response like “let me check availability for that date” would have gone a long way. Later, when I followed up to inquire about booking a private session for a special occasion—willing to pay extra—I was again met with unhelpful responses and more policy reminders. At one point I was told a session was available, but when I asked to book it, I didn’t receive a response until the next day, at which point it was suddenly full. Shortly after, I was told I had missed the deadline entirely and could no longer book. Again, I understand and accept that I missed the rebooking window by about a week. But the consistent lack of responsiveness, the dismissive tone, and the unwillingness to assist made the experience frustrating. This seems like it could be a great activity, and I’ve read that the instructors are wonderful. I just hope the customer communication—particularly whoever manages their LINE account—improves, as it came across as quite unprofessional and unhelpful. At first, I was a little worried because some of the reviews weren't very positive. But when I went, everything was exactly as described – if you choose the freestyle option, there won't be an instructor. This shouldn't be a problem if you already have some basic painting skills. Overall, it was a good experience. I recommend it.” “I went to a painting class and had a really good experience. The instructor was excellent, and the atmosphere in the studio was great. 3 months agoI had such a great time at Paintbar. The atmosphere is relaxed and perfect for unwinding and painting without overthinking. All the colors and materials are unlimited, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. The male instructor (พี่มัด), was friendly and supportive. He’s easy to talk to, always in a good mood, and helped refine some parts of my work, even stepping in to assist with coloring when needed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. I’ve been here twice already, and I’ll definitely be coming back again. ❤️🎨✨
