2 weeks agoIt seems like the store staff don't know how to apologize to customers. They gave the customer the wrong item, forcing the customer to waste time going back to exchange it. There was no apology. (Probably because they have a lot of customers, and they don't care anymore. Is that how it's supposed to be?) That's terrible.
