A female employee at the shop, who was overweight, was gossiping about a customer with a third party on the phone and making sarcastic remarks in front of the customer. This was terrible. The shop runs a service business involving handicrafts; not everyone is skilled or experienced. Therefore, the painting and coloring process requires time, and the colors must be mixed from primary colors. Giving only two hours is insufficient. If you cannot improve the quality of service, please cancel the 4 PM slot. If there's no flexibility, just tell the customer directly so they can book another time. Don't be so rude. The price paid doesn't match the experience. I'm extremely disappointed. I went expecting a good and fun experience, but this is an unforgettable experience, and no one should have to go through this again. Please improve your service.

I've seen this place promoted for a while now, and it looked very interesting, so I invited a friend to go for a great experience together. However, what we got was substandard service. The staff were impolite, spoke to a third party, and claimed we were overtime. We understand that, but you also need to understand that not everyone is skilled and can complete everything within two hours. Cancel the 4 PM slot if that's the kind of service you're going to provide. One visit here is enough.
