Secure and easy payment via credit card payment link. Very communicative via email until the job was completed and delivered. Highly recommended.

There is a guy who blows the whistle all the time in front of the shop. It is quite noisy and everyone around this place hates this noise. Please kindly stop it and I’m sure you can control the cars more gently without blowing whistle. Thanks

No hospitality, no generosity.

The sales staff's communication with customers who called for consultations or product inquiries was not impressive. The installation and software support staff need improvement in their communication skills. They should inform customers about the required information before installation. Failure to do so resulted in delays and led to emotional outbursts. After-sales service is terrible; messages are ignored and unanswered. The rating given is because I can't post a full review directly. I hope the company will implement measures to improve its personnel.

Very very friendly and kind assistance from the staff. We came into the shop with an unfinished sticker idea, close before closing time and still they helped us and was very patient with our changes afterwards. They even made it possible to get it done the same day with out much notice
