We've ordered many different types of art toys, including ice cream models and resin art toys. The quality and beauty of the work are excellent, exactly as pictured. The staff provided great advice, especially Ms. Best, the sales representative, who was incredibly lovely and handled every step of the process. She was always available for advice whenever we encountered difficulties. Given their excellent service, I would suggest the company consider providing additional documentation, such as Thai Industrial Standards (TIS) or ISO certifications, regarding the quality of the paints used and the overall workmanship. With such high-quality work, having accompanying documentation would make everything truly perfect.

Because the project was quite detailed, the shop was able to communicate and provide advice very quickly. They provided continuous updates on the project. If the print wasn't good or there were problems with the material or temperature, they would reprint it. The admin team responded quickly. Even with a demanding customer, the team remained patient. Thank you for listening. The finished product is beautiful.
