a month agoPlease inform customers about what can and cannot be done. Don't just read the message and not reply. There's a LINE group for customers to ask questions, but this isn't the first time someone has read the message and hasn't replied. Previously, I sent a file for printing and they said they would pick it up at 12:40 PM. They said okay, and I asked for a summary of the total so I could transfer the money. They read the message but didn't reply. When I arrived, they had just finished printing, and I had already planned my time for other errands. In the end, I had to wait to print it. Ugh. I'm writing this review to suggest improvements.
