a week agoAbsolutely nothing to rave home about; some furniture stone and hardwares tores, and random vintage accessories and clothes in the coffe shop. The vintage military store was intreating but none else really: To trudge all the way here is too much energy spent.

2 weeks agoA Hidden Creative Gem in Bangkok I visited Warehouse 30 on a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised that it wasn't crowded at all. It was actually perfect because I could take my time exploring the place without feeling rushed. What I loved most was the atmosphere. The old warehouse architecture, vintage shops, art spaces, cafés and little design stores give this place so much character. There are many beautiful corners, but more than being Instagrammable, the whole place feels very nostalgic. Walking around brought back memories of things from another era, especially when browsing the vintage and collectible items. I was also very lucky to visit while “Too Much Heaven” by Japanese artist Kotao Tomozawa was being exhibited at CURU Gallery. Her paintings were beautiful and quite captivating, and I later learned that this is her first solo exhibition in Southeast Asia. It made my visit even more special. Another thing I liked is that Warehouse 30 doesn't feel like the typical commercial side of Bangkok. It is much more relaxed, artistic and personal. You can look at art, browse vintage pieces, have coffee, shop for something unusual or simply enjoy the architecture and atmosphere. The only thing to keep in mind is that the complex is not huge. If you come expecting a massive shopping destination with dozens of stores, you might find it smaller than expected. Some shops and exhibitions may also be more interesting than others, depending on what is happening when you visit. But for me, that is actually part of its charm. Warehouse 30 is not about how much there is to see, but about the feeling of the place. Definitely worth visiting if you love art, vintage things, design and places with history and personality. One of my favorite discoveries in Bangkok❤️
